School Hours
The school day starts at 8.55am and finishes at 3.15pm for the Foundation Phase (Reception, years 1 & 2) and at 3.30pm for Juniors (Years 3-6).
Pupils are encouraged to arrive at school at a reasonable time. The school cannot be held responsible for any child that arrives before 8.50am unless they are attending the Breakfast Club.
Similarly, responsibility for pupils after 3.15pm or 3.30pm passes to parents, unless they are attending our after school club, an extra curricular club or a previous arrangement has been agreed.
Yard Staff Supervision
From 8.50am a member of staff is on yard duty on both the main playgrounds. At break times the children are supervised by 3/4 members of staff.
After-School Club
We also run an after school club every day until 6pm. All children
who attend this club are given a healthy snack and a light tea.
We
offer three sessions – 3.15pm until 4.30pm, 3.15pm until 5.30pm and
3.15pm until 6pm. Children can attend any of these, however there is a
charge for this facility.
